Why have we been asked to choose between beauty or health?
Here’s the answer. You don’t! There are plenty of activities that you can simultaneously improve on! Recently, technology has introduced efficient ways of optimizing our health while helping us maintain our youth and radiance. Regarding what you put before the other, we hope it’s to keep you healthy. These selections do precisely that and even more. Red Light Therapy
Many studies suggest the effects of red light therapy go beyond the dermal layer or skin; red light therapy is known to have positive effects on inflammation and collagen production. It is also known to increase circulation in those who have circulation issues.
